    Mary Ewing, a former schoolteacher, has degrees in both Education and Psychology. Since 1981 Mary has developed her career in full-time professional sales with experience in both business and consumer sales. For several years, prior to Mary's real estate career, she worked directly with senior adults and long-term care insurance issues and developed an understanding and compassion for the specific and unique needs faced by seniors. In 1991, Mary was hired for a two-year term as the first State Executive Director in Tennessee for a large non-profit organization and was responsible for opening, developing and running a state office for this organization.

    Mary and her husband, Luke, live in Franklin, Tennessee with their dog and two cats. She has a variety of outside interests including reading, gardening, decorating, traveling, singing (both in her church choir and in a women's show chorus in Nashville, TN), and bird watching (in her back yard). She loves the outdoors and is an avid sports fan!

Vice-President, Director of Development
    Veanne Stewart has three years of business management education, over nine years experience as a sales assistant in the stock brokerage industry and three years experience as executive secretary to the Director of the Federal Systems Division of the Intergraph Corporation. The wife of a Naval Flight Officer for fourteen years and the mother of two children, Veanne also served as the coordinator for the Foster Grandparent Program in northern Alabama. She worked as a volunteer for the Association of Retarded Citizens in Alabama for over six years and represented this organization on a state level. Veanne began her real estate career in 1995.

    She and her two children live near Franklin, Tennessee on a small farm. Veanne, who has the wonderful ability to find humor in every situation, enjoys relaxing at her pond, redecorating, her multitude of pets, and spending time with her children.

Director of Franchising
    Dave has a 28-year history in franchising beginning with his experience at Safari Campgrounds in 1972. In 1978, Kampgrounds of America, Inc. recruited him after Safari went by the wayside during the energy crisis. Dave was made AVP, Franchise Sales in 1979 and worked for KOA in Billings, MT until 1981. Dave and his family moved to Denver, CO in May of 1981, and he went into the Real Estate business with Moore and Company of Denver. At the beginning of 1988, Dave was called upon again by Sir Speedy, Inc. (a company under common ownership with KOA) as the National Director of Franchising. He was promoted to Vice President in 1990, and in charge of that company's franchising activity until late 1997. Dave than accepted a reduced role with Sir Speedy as the Southeast Regional Director, an independent contractor, and moved with his family to Nashville, TN. At that time, Dave affiliated with Franchise Network, a national franchise consulting firm. Mr. Collins now fills the roles of Regional Director with Sir Speedy, a General Manager of the Tennessee office of Franchise Network and has been since August of 1999, the National Director of Franchising with Always Home Inc.
